How J Lo Got Her Body Back

Jennifer Lopez is back in the mix and talking about how she lost 50 pounds after giving birth to twins, Max and Emme in February 2008. I had to work rally hard confessed Lopez. Luckily, the suffering has paid off and she is sharing her secrets with In Touch Magazine.
Celebrity Trainer, Gunnar Peterson reveals that J Lo exercises for at least one hour, anywhere from 2 to 6 days per week. After a 10 minute warm up she does strength and resistance moves coupled with high intensity cardio intervals and some flexibility work.
Her favorite workouts are:

Ropes Gone Wild: Lifting the ropes and then beating them against the groups for 20 60 seconds tones the hips, butt and core.
As far as her diet, she sticks to about 1200 1400 calories per day and eats learn proteins, fruits, veggies, good fats and low glycemic carbs.
Breakfast: Whole wheat pancakes with turkey bacon and fruit
Lunch: Wild Halibut with artichoke ragu and frilled veggies
Dinner: NY Steak with Grilled Asparagus and roasted potatoes.
