The Power Method: Athletes Performance Program

Our athletes performance program is designed to improve performance by building strength and power, while also identifying and addressing areas of weakness and instability to help decrease the potential for injury. By training movements for sports and life, The Power Method focuses on creating greater functional movement to support the physical demands endurance athletes face. We feature TRX Suspension Training: a top training tool used by the best endurance athletes in the world.  Training movement patterns ensures that all exercises support the specific physical needs of athletes and clients, while recovery provides essential regeneration of muscles, allowing the body to re-energize and prepare for the next day’s activity.

  • Small Group Personal Training Sessions

  • Optional Weekly Training Runs, Biking, Swim Sessions
  • *This is an open enrollment program designed to fit in to your busy schedule.

    Program Cost:

    5 Session Pass: $175 and 10 Session Pass: $300

    In 2011 we partnered with Team Luna Chix. Team LUNA Chix brings together women interested in learning new sports, staying active and inspiring others to do the same. Teams train together and support each other, while also fundraising for LUNA’s non-profit partner, the Breast Cancer Fund.
